Shipping rates for orders that don't qualify for free shipping (including all orders under €70 and all orders shipped outside the EU) depend on products ordered and country of delivery. Our sales manager will contact you with detailed information on applicable shipping charges prior to delivery.

International orders can be shipped from another Ermenrich international warehouse with no extra shipping charges. In that case, we may use a different courier service providing similar estimated time of arrival.

Customer is responsible for payment of customs duties, local sales and/or other taxes, if applicable, and such charges may be collected by Customer's shipping company upon delivery. Ermenrich is not responsible for any applicable local taxes or for customs duties imposed in any country other than the European Union member country
