Description

The Ermenrich Test DM10 digital multimeter is a compact measuring tool for basic electrical diagnostics. It measures voltage, current, and resistance (including continuity checks) and tests diodes and 9V batteries. With its straightforward controls, the meter is a great choice for DIYers, electricians, and repair technicians. Manual range selection gives you full control over every measurement, and automatic polarity detection helps prevent errors when connecting the test leads.

The device measures DC and AC voltage up to 300V. The 2V and 20V DC ranges are well suited for testing batteries, rechargeable cells, and control circuits. The 200mV range handles low-level signals and voltage drop across contacts, while the 200V and 300V ranges let you check battery packs, solar panels, and 24V to 48V power supplies. The 300V AC range covers household power, so you can test wall outlets, extension cords, and appliance supply lines. DC current ranges span from 2000µA to 200mA. The lower ranges are useful for troubleshooting sensors and low-power circuits, while the upper range lets you measure parasitic drain in vehicle electrical systems and check low-power loads in home electronics. Resistance ranges from 200Ω to 2MΩ are enough to check the continuity of wires, windings, and heating elements and to track down open and short circuits.

The multimeter takes two readings per second, which is fast enough to read values without any noticeable lag. The 9V battery test comes in handy when servicing household appliances, smoke detectors, and measuring instruments.

The meter runs on a single 12V 23A battery that provides about 50 hours of continuous use, enough for many diagnostic sessions. The ABS and PVC body is built to withstand daily use and reliably protects the internal components from damage. The high-contrast display shows readings clearly and includes a low battery indicator.

Key features:

  • Voltmeter, ammeter, and ohmmeter combined in one compact housing to cover routine electrical measurements
